Terms and conditions

The program is subject to changes. Sold tickets will not be returned unless a concert is cancelled. Making video or sound recordings, even for private purposes, is not permitted without permission from the organization.

Ticket sales

The presale for the Aurora Festival runs from May 1 to July 10. You will receive your cards at home up to and including this date. You can make a reservation via the website or via the attached order form. If a concert for which you ordered tickets is sold out, we will notify you. www.aurorafestival.nl will indicate when a concert is sold out. From July 10, you can make a reservation by telephone during office hours on tel. 050-5951306. You can buy concert tickets in cash at the venue, if they are still available, from half an hour before the start of the concert. You cannot reserve tickets in advance for the free concerts and the 5 p.m. concerts at the Prince Claus Conservatoire.

Arrangements

The costs for the package as stated on the order form include a concert ticket (reserved seat). If you want to attend a concert including a package, please only enter the number for the package. Drinks are at your own expense and must be paid for on site, unless it is stated that the drinks are included. A reservation is always necessary for packages. You may share a table with other festival visitors; the restaurants in question reserve the right to make a seating arrangement. If you wish to dine vegetarian or follow a special diet, please indicate this when making your reservation.
