Thomas de Bruijn

Dutch tenor Thomas de Bruijn studied with Hubert Delamboye. De Bruijn has already worked with Christophe Rousset, Pierre Audi, Lotte de Beer and Miranda van Kralingen. In 2017, Thomas made his debut at the Dutch National Opera with the role of 2nd Ombre D’Inferno in the Madrigal production directed by Pierre Audi. At Opera Zuid, De Bruijn made his role debut in 2015 with the role of Le Remondado in a youth production of the opera Carmen. In recent years he has also appeared in the Opera Zuid ensemble. In March de Bruijn sang the role of Lyonel in the opera Martha in Schloss Kammeroper Rheinsberg (Germany), the role of Tassilo in the operetta Gräfin Maritza in the Stadsstheater Zoetermeer and role of Tamino in a concert performance of Die Zauberflöte during a festival in Amsterdam. Thomas can also be found regularly on the concert stage.
