Peter Sluijs

Peter Sluijs (1994) started playing the piano at the age of 13. He studied with Midori Conneman and was accepted to the Academie Muzikaal Talent with Erika Waardenburg, where he also had lessons with Henk Ekkel. In 2013 Peter studies at the Utrechts Conservatorium with Henry Kelder where he received his Bachelor and Master of Music degree.

Peter took part in many festivals, such as various editions of the Musik Zentral with pianist Martyn van den Hoek in Bad Aussee (Austria) and the Peter de Grote Festival in Groningen. He received masterclasses by many inspiring pianists. 

Since his graduation Peter is teaching piano lessons at various music schools and he is very active as musician, mostly in various duo's and other ensembles.
