Martini Kwartet
The Martini Quartet was founded in 2023 by 4 students of the Prins Claus Conservatorium in Groningen: Victoriya Daskalova, Tlamatini Cruz, Niek de Boer, and Gábor Beres. They met each other in 2022 and 2023 during the Summer Academy of the Aurora Festival. It is a diverse ensemble, partly due to the variety of cultures (originating respectively from Bulgaria, Mexico, the Netherlands, and Hungary). They are taught by cellist Jan-Ype Nota and regularly perform concerts in Groningen and the surrounding area.
