Hannah Tomasini

Hannah Tomasini (1992) is from Groningen and studied classical piano with Nata Tsvereli and choral conducting with Louis Buskens, both at the Prince Claus Conservatoire. She is currently still studying classical singing there with Hanneke de Wit. She conducts several choirs and runs a piano teaching practice, and she also teaches singing at the Roden Girl Choristers. In addition, she regularly gives concerts in the region as a mezzo-soprano and pianist.
During her vocal studies, Hannah received masterclasses from Nico van der Meel, Paul McNamara, Maarten Koningsberger, and Margreet Honig. As part of her choral conducting studies, she was coached by Ronald Slager and Antony Hermus. In opera productions, she performed roles such as the Third Lady in Die Zauberflöte and the Sorceress in Dido and Aeneas.
Outside of her musical activities, she enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling. With her broad foundation as a musician—along with a healthy dose of enthusiasm—she hopes to bring connection and direction to every environment in which she works.
Since the end of 2023, Hannah has been the conductor of Bragi’s large choir.
