Giordano Mor
Giordano Mor began playing trombone at the age of 8 in the band academy of his hometown, Rezzato(Brecia). In 2011, he enrolled at the Conservatory of Music "Luca Marenzio" under the guidance of Professor Guido Delmonte and then with Lauro Bassi until 2015.
In 2016, he founded the brass group ‘FTBrass’, with which he has played more than 50 concerts, including International festivals in Russia and Belgium.
In 2018, he completed his Bachelor of Music Degree at the Conservatoire "A. Pedrollo" in Vicenza followed in 2021 by his Master’s Degree at the Conservatory "Agostino Steffani" in Castelfranco Veneto, with Sergio Bernetti and then Domenico Lazaroni.
He has performed in masterclasses for the member of the Quartetto di Brescia (Emanuele Quaranta, Stefano Belotti, Alberto Pedretti, Davide Catina, Davide Biglieni, Mattia San Lorenzo) and Quartetto Italiano (Vincent Lepape, Devid Ceste, Matteo de Luca, Diego Di Mario),Michel Becquet (FRA), Stefan Shulz (GER), David Bruchez (CH), Diego Gatti(ITA), Froydis Ree Wekre (NOR), Lukka Myllys(FIN)
As an orchestral musician, Giordano has performed in Italian orchestras such as Teatro Sociale di Thiene, Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza, Orchestra dei pomeriggi musicali in Milan, Teatro Ponchielli di Cremona, Fraschini di Pavia, Sociale di Como, Teatro Grande di Brescia and Sociale di Bergamo. He has also performed in bands and associations such as Fandaband "G.Pastori" of Brescia, Regional Orchestra Filarmonia Veneta of Treviso, Musical Association Euritmo of Trento.
After completing an Erasmus semester under guidance of Qurijn van den Bijlaard, Giordano is currently finishing his second Master at Prins Claus Conservatoire under the guidance of Jilt Jansma.
Giordano's musical focus for the future is to continue to pursue a wide variety of performance opportunities including orchestral, chamber and contemporary music.
