Corine 't Hoen

Corine 't Hoen has been playing cello since she was 11. She studied with Maria van de Beemd and Monique Bartels. After this she continued her cello studies at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague with Fred Pot. After she graduated Corine worked with various orchestra's such as the Orkest van het Oosten, Radio Kamerorkest and the Gelders Orkest. Since 1998 Corine is cellist in the Noord Nederlands Orkest. Next to this Corine is teaching cello to the Young Talent Class and methodics at the Prince Claus Conservatoire in Groningen. She also gives private lessons. Among her students are various prizewinners of competitions. Corine is also very active with chamber music. She plays cello in, amongst others, the Northern Netherlands Cello Quartet.
