Alessio Enea

Italian pianist Alessio Enea is one of the finalists of the prestigious national competition “Premio Venezia” held in 2015. Alessio has performed at the Teatro La Fenice, in the Sale Apollinee and at the MAC (Musica Arte e Cultura in Milan), at the Galleria Harry Bertoia in Pordenone, at the Villa Tesoriera in Turin, at the Teatro Politeama in Palermo, at the LAC (Lugano Arte e Cultura in Switzerland), in the Sala Concerti in Lugano (CSI), at Pianocity in Milan, and in the Auditorium Monteverdi in Mantua. In 2016 he made his debut with the orchestra performing L. V. Beethoven third concerto with the student Orchestra in the concert hall of the school he was attending at the time. Since then, he has been awarded the Lyra Foundation to support his studies and perform in various locations in Switzerland as a selected concert performer.

After masterclasses with Homero Francesch at the Lenk Sommerakademie in Switzerland, and with Vladimir Ashkenazy in Catania (Italy), he also attended chamber music masterclasses with Macha Yanouchevsky, Pavel Bermann, Klaidi Sahatchi, Massimo Quarta, and Saiko Sasaki. After completing his second and last year of his Master of Music in Performance with Dmitri Alexeev at the Royal College of Music in London, where he is a Charles Napper Award and Gary & Eleanor Brass Scholarship holder for his first and second year respectively, he’s now attending his ArtDip in collaborative piano under the guidance of Prof. Simon Lepper. He was awarded distinction for both his Masters in Performance and in Music Pedagogy in Lugano. Future events include duo performances with viola and cello in several locations such as German-speaking Switzerland, Sicily and Tuscany.
